Every Kid Deserves a Coach
in Their Corner .
At CCS Plan Legacy Institute, we equip dads with the skills, confidence, and community to show up for their kids — because an engaged father changes everything.
why fathers matter
1 in 4 U.S. children — about 18.2 million kids — grow up without a father in the home.
Kids in father-absent homes are 4x more likely to live in poverty, 2x more likely to drop out, and teens are 7x more likely to face early pregnancy.
The flip side: when dads are warmly and actively involved, kids earn higher grades, use fewer substances, and grow into healthier, more optimistic adults.

our fatherhood programs
SuperDad’s New Dads Bootcamp
A high-energy 3-hour workshop for expectant and new fathers, delivered through hospitals and community partners. The mental transition to fatherhood, hands-on baby basics, and man-to-man wisdom from veteran dads. Your on-ramp to everything we do.
24/7 Dad Cohorts
Our core, fatherhood education program built on the idea that being a good father is a skill anyone can learn. Dads cover topics like communication, handling emotions, discipline, child development, and co-parenting, then build a personal checklist of everyday ways to show up for their kids. Small groups of dads we call “cohorts” build real skills and lasting brotherhood over the full curriculum.
Life & Career Development
Being a great dad also means being able to provide, so we help dads build the skills to stand on their own. Dads learn money basics like budgeting and building credit, how to find stable housing, and how to run a job search — from writing a resume, to preparing for interviews, to earning real, industry-recognized credentials in fields that are hiring. Each dad is also paired with a mentor who has walked a similar road, so no one has to figure it out alone.
