KICKOFF: 

The Man Behind the Helmet

Frank D. Murphy shares his authentic story—from juvenile incarceration to street life to professional football to transformation. Professional athletes and role models join Frank in establishing immediate credibility and giving participants hope that real change is possible.



REGULAR SEASON: Core Transformation

Quarter 1 - Foundation Building

Participants distinguish between REAL identity and FAKE IDs through Frank’s story, establishing community partnerships, law enforcement mentorship, and accountability relationships.



Quarter 2 - Health & Productivity Skills

Four core life areas: Healthy Eating, Healthy Learning, Healthy Working, Healthy Exercise, plus Building Your Support Network. Includes values, citizenship, patriotism education, and community volunteer engagement.



Quarter 3 - The Secret Playbook

Implementation of Frank’s research-based principles for living out your REAL ID, leadership development, positive community influence, and faith-based guidance.



Quarter 4 - Like Skills Mastery

Advanced application covering goal achievement, financial literacy, conflict resolution, community contribution, career development, and employer partnerships.



OVERTIME: Extended Transformation

How to become the real you

Deep transformation work focusing on long-term vision, family leadership, authentic life purpose, community leadership, and Bronze/Silver/Gold achievement recognition.



Double Overtime: Sports Camp & Family Engagement

Sports training combined with life skills reinforcement, family reunification activities, community service, and preparation for career pathway next steps.



Playoffs:

Career & Employment Preparation

Running concurrent with Overtime, participants gain comprehensive career preparation including hands-on exploration workshops with manufacturing tours, industry certifications (Hand Tool Safety, Basic Electricity, Math/Reading/Data), Career Discovery Bootcamp, resume development, mock interviews, guaranteed employer interviews, apprenticeship placements, job placement assistance, and long-term on-the-job mentorship addressing workplace relationships, supervisor expectations, work ethic, and conflict resolution.



Superbowl:

REAL ID Graduation Ceremony

Community celebration with family, friends, faith-based organizations, and potential employers recognizing the journey from FAKE ID to REAL ID, with ongoing support connections and community impact opportunities.
